The 21-year-old actress and her openly gay club queen pal were spotted making out in Cannes last week and now there are reports that the “Herbie: Fully Loaded” star is sporting an engagement ring.
Meanwhile, Lohan’s father, Michael, yesterday denied outing his daughter after an US magazine story quoted him as saying the nature of the relationship between the two fun-lovin’ gals is “evident to anyone with half a brain.”
